Cool off on a hot day with these yummy pink ice blocks, the kids won't even know there's beetroot in them!
Makes 4 ice blocks
½ cup of full-fat natural greek yoghurt
½ cup of frozen or fresh strawberries
¼ of a medium-sized beetroot
1 tbsp honey
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into ice block moulds and place in the freezer to set.
