How much sleep should my child be getting?

Individual sleep requirements vary, however for a guideline children aged 0-2 months need about 12-18 hours, 3-11 months need 12-15 hours, 1-3 years should be getting around 12-14 hours, 3-5 years should have 11-13 hours, 5-10 year olds should have 10-11 hours, and kids aged 10-17 should have 8.5-9.5 hours per night.
